Be kind, but ruthless with vapidity.
Weβll delete vague posts (βWhatβs your growth strategy?β) and blatant self-promo. This is not a place to advertise. Use the Marketplace category for shameless self-promo and no one will shame you. If your offering is highly relevant, you may mention it in your post but make sure itβs accompanied by value. Hard rules keep this space valuable.
Your first move:
Reply below with:
βI run a [dev shop / marketing agency / legal tech service] helping [niche].
Right now, Iβm stuck on [pricing / hiring / scope creep / sales].β
Iβll match you with a relevant thread or resource.
Why this exists
I spent years scavenging scraps of advice from SaaS forums and VC blogs. Tech services are different. We trade time for money today while building for tomorrow. No one was talking about our reality and all of my consulting clients, friends in the space, and nearly every Tom, Dick & Harry needed a place like this.
So, we decided to build it.
This forum is not for-profit nor will we be using it for our own services/products (outside the Marketplace channel, that is). Staff will be determined on the basis of participation + community votes. We donβt have an explicit hierarchy in mind at the moment but we plan on evolving this with the community.
tl;dr this is the enduring, google-able, intellectual asset for tech services.
