- Romans Ivanov - Linkedin posts. Shares great insights on operations, specifically how to get your COO to act like one.
- Devtoagency - Blog. I personally learned a lot from this blog and directly applied much of it (with mixed results).
- Organizational Design - Book by Richard Burton. Excellent resource on designing an org for smooth ops. Lots of tech services firm skimp on this at their own peril.
